At Grupo Aval, we prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone.


We have implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with Resolution 312 of 2019, Decree 1072 of 2015, and current Colombian regulations. Our OHSMS includes technical, human, and financial resources to identify and manage risks, prevent accidents, and promote a culture of care that ensures safe and healthy work environments for employees, suppliers, contractors, and visitors.
